Important !!! Ordering scaffolding is necessary not by area, but by the size of each wall individually and the number of walls !!! The area of any kit will decrease as the height of the assembly increases and the number of kinks. Those. the more you make smaller rectangles from the ordered rectangle of a certain area, the smaller will be their total actual area.

• Example 1, out of 54 square meters, length -9x6- height will be possible to assemble only the structure length -3x6- height and the same 3x6 with a total area of 36 square meters.

What is the difference?


In the second picture: 3 pieces less than the contour lines and 6 pieces less than the diagonals. Note that many firms, these horizontals and diagonals simply do not give to the desired number, for example, they give not two, but one piece per cell. Stand and so everything will be !!!

Sets 54 sq.m and 36 sq.m on the left and right figures do not differ ...

The customer, for example, ordered 54 sq.m., wanting to put 18 sq.m. on three walls, he suddenly finds out that he had enough scaffolds not for three, but only for two walls !!! Further, a call to the landlord’s company will not save it, since he will draw a diagram on the left and there really is 54 sq.m.

Now if the customer does not want to rearrange the scaffolds on the third side, then he will need to add the remaining 18 sq.m., Which is half of the set, and that means another half of the rent, plus additional delivery. Those. costs increase by more than 1.5 times. And you need to reorder in the same company so that the scaffolds are the same and dock. (or return and order everything from others).




But do you really think when renting out by squares?

After all, they all count in squares, and what are you special, or are your scaffolds not so, wrong? - sometimes you can hear such questions ...

Everyone calcs how profitable for them !!! And we, too, and they and you ... Read on and understand everything ...

Yes, we are special ... because we are not indifferent to you and want to solve your problems even before you have them. That is why we created this article in order not to argue with you who is right and not to prove that you are wrong and did not take into account the refractions, i.e. the fact that the design needs to be broken into two walls, and because of this, there is an overrun of the racks. In the picture on the left there are only three side racks, and in the picture on the right there are six. And that is why the area of scaffolds of the right-side decreased by three cells, and therefore 18 sq.m. lost ...

No, we do not count by squares ... More precisely, we consider the quadrature of cells without flooring of 0,45 UAH per square meter, cells with flooring of 0,85 UAH per square meter (average 0,65 UAH /square meter) And separately we consider the overrun of racks splitting, refraction, angles, so called extreme, side racks. In addition, we separately consider heels (free of charge) and jacks. They can not be calculated by quadrature ... We consider everything separately and in a specific case we take everything into account.




Why not full flooring?

The attentive reader noticed that in the first picture only 6 cells from 9 were laid. Those. not a complete set, and how to work with it, why do most companies offer this to you?

   

First of all. You can work, because you can shift the flooring, i.e. bolts and shields or boards. It is certainly not profitable for the facade workers, they are trying to take additional money from the customer for this, as well as for assembling and dismantling the scaffolding. Plus it is a waste of time, and the prepared mixture dries, here and so you need to have time to apply it, and then you have to shift the scaffolds !!!

Secondly. Those who make the roofs - they are generally satisfied with everything, because they need to work only on the last tier, i.e. at the last mark in height.

Thirdly. This suits both the unsolved customer and the landlord’s firm. The calculation uses a smaller factor per sq.m. In addition, if a large volume is ordered, and the scaffold area is considered to be a single rectangle, then the side posts can generally be neglected, since there are few of them in one rectangle, and not to load the customer with additional information. As a result, the customer will of course make an order, because he will be offered a larger area for less money ... And since the majority of 80% of customers will divide this virtual rectangle into two or more walls, the area will naturally decrease, which means the number of cells will also decrease on which you can lay the flooring, i.e. and the flooring is about enough ... As we see in the pictures above. And the customer can be made extreme, he did not say how he is going to set up the scafolds so that he could calculate everything. He ordered only virtual squares.

Fourth. If you just count everything by quadrature, i.e. flooring on all cells - it will be more expensive, and in addition, if the customer, as in the example above, divides the scaffolds into two walls, then he will have a flooring for which he paid, but there will be no racks anymore. See drawing ...

 

If the scaffolding in the figure on the left is divided into two walls as in the figure on the right, then the following parts of the three dropped out cells will remain: 3 horizontals, 6 diagonals, 6 bolts and 6 shields. Because in the picture on the left there are 9 cells covered with flooring, and in the picture on the right there are only 6 cells with laid flooring. Therefore, it will remain roll equipment with three cells. If the flooring were not complete, then this would not have happened and no one would have noticed anything. Nothing would be lying unnecessary, just would not have enough scaffolds.

What the customer will do then is to call and say that this is not some kind of kit. One thing he underpaid and as a result he didn’t have enough and relocates. In another case, overpaid, lying, something lying around and still did not have enough.

The customer, for example, ordered 150 sq.m., wanting to put 30 sq.m. on five different walls, he suddenly finds out that he had enough scaffolds not for five, but only for three walls !!! And it turned out not 150 square meters, but only 90 square meters. Further, a call to the landlord’s company will not save it, since he will draw a scheme on the left and there is really 150 sq. m. on its configuration

Now, if the customer does not want to rearrange the scaffolds, he will need to redeem the missing 60 sq. M., Which is about half the set, and that means another half of the rent, plus additional delivery. Those. costs increase by more than 1.5 times. And you need to reorder in the same company so that the scaffolds are the same and dock.




• Example 3, for a brickwork, a client needs 18 m of the chasing scaffold.

  Racks with a pitch of 0.5 m, i.e. all racks of a ladder, without walk-through racks.

It is necessary to separately list the lengths of all walls with multiplicity of 3 m, the height of scaffolding with multiplicity of 2 m.

For example: The length is 12m + 3m and all of it is 6m high - not the same as 15 x 6. Although in the first and in the second case 90 sq. m. Only as we see that the area in square meters is the same, and the sets are different in composition and number of elements ... Therefore, it is different and the cost of such sets with the same area ...

If you are offered much cheaper, then most likely you are offered those virtual squares , which are described in this article. You require a list of items that go in there and understand everything at once ...

If there are fewer racks in this list, then of course the kit will be cheaper, only you will not have enough of it ...

If there are fewer rails in the kit, then workers will have to shift them. And this is not very difficult and not easy work. If there are fewer shields there, then as a rule this is not a big problem, because to shift the shield is really easy, plus it can be replaced with a pallet. The main value is the bolt.

Usually the number of rigs and shields is considered to be 30% -50% of the cells, and this has already become the norm. You do not need to order five tonics for this all. You can bring a gazelle.

But a full set of 150 sq. m. Even not every gazelle will take either in volume or weight !!!

Amount of deposit

You can often hear: your forests will not disappear anywhere you will come and take it ... Yes, most likely it would be so ... But if it were not for one thing ...

Not everyone is given a loan ... Someone deeply in debt. So enterprising citizens rent everything that is not laziness: bicycles - and then they are sold, tools - are handed over to the pawnshop, scaffolding for scrap (there they are also bought more than scrap) or in promombard, there are already a lot of them. They even often deceive the customer: they bring leased scaffolds to the object, take an advance payment for works on the security of leased scaffolding and quietly dump them from the object ...

Yes, these actions in most cases are criminal offenses. But there is a war in the country, and therefore it is often necessary to pay for finding and attracting such citizens ...

Purpose of the pledge

To make such actions of swindlers not economically viable, costly, troublesome... We do not consider here even the petty theft of some elements from the object.

And why should we rent without a pledge, if our scaffolds are already rented with a pledge. Therefore, the pledge will be as long as our scaffolds order, i.e. there are customers for them ... And they take them because they are better, more reliable, more comfortable, lighter, not flimsy. It is faster and more convenient to work with them, and most importantly and safer ...

Consequently, if someone gives up without a pledge, then it means that with the pledge of their scaffolds they do not stand up to any competition in the market, i.e. they have few or no clients with collateral (or more expensive rent, but are attracted by the lack of collateral) ...

Often the client calls: urgently, today, maximum tomorrow ... And disappears for three days ...

Three days later he calls and asks everything professionally to the smallest details, as if he had been sitting for three days and deeply studying a new problem for him.

It turns out that he took the woods from competitors and the wrong equipment as expected, and the quality of the scaffolds did not suit him at all when everything was flimsy. I had to suffer a little to understand what was better to pass than to order the missing elements and suffer ...

Frequent errors:

• Not the same step of the flooring (you need a small step to work with bricks and wood, and ordered the usual two-meter rack).
